SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

At Arbanae, we offer reliable and fast delivery services across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This policy outlines our delivery timelines, shipping charges, and Cash on Delivery guidelines.

1. Delivery Timelines & Areas Covered

We deliver to all major cities and emirates across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain).

  • Standard Delivery Time: 1 to 3 Business Days.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GST) are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee: A flat shipping fee of AED 15 applies to standard orders across the UAE.

  • Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on orders above AED 150 (or during specific store promotions).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

To make online shopping easy and risk-free, we support Cash on Delivery (COD) for all UAE customers:

  • COD Fee: No extra hidden charges; you only pay the total order amount shown at checkout to the courier driver.

  • Order Verification: Once you place a COD order, our team or automated system may send a WhatsApp message or Call to confirm your delivery address and availability before dispatching the parcel.

  • Payment Method at Doorstep: Please keep the exact cash amount ready in UAE Dirhams (AED) at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Attempts

  • Tracking Updates: As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email containing your courier tracking number and delivery updates.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our partner couriers will make up to 2 to 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the courier will contact you to reschedule.

  • Unclaimed Parcels: Repeated failure to accept or answer courier calls may result in order cancellation and restriction of future COD orders on our store.
